FRESH CONTRACT: NFF Technical Committee now to decide Keshi’s fate

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), rose from its executive meeting Thursday, with a directive to its Technical Committee to handle everything concerning Keshi's contract.
Speaking to journalist on Thursday at Eko Hotel, venue of the meeting, NFF spokesman Ademola Olajire, stated that a communiqué of the meeting will be ready on Friday, but a member of the board who pleaded anonymity hinted that the former Mali coach contract has been referred to the Technical Committee for further assessment.
''The NFF has concluded its meeting. The outcome of the deliberations will be made available to the media on Friday. There is no cause for alarm, as every problem affecting Nigeria football would be settled. NFF is focused to bring a remarkable change in the game of football this year,'' Olajire said.
The renewal of Keshi's contract has been a subject of speculation since the Super Eagles failed to qualify for the 2015 Nations cup slated for Equatorial Guinea this month.
Keshi's initial three-year contract lapsed July 2014 after the country's World Cup campaign in Brazil.
